Since we met, I could not help but rave and tell everyone to get samples of Monave SABOTAGE as it is the PERFECT gunmetal shade. To illustrate, here’s today’s FOTD brought to us by SABOTAGE (heck I’ve said its name thrice already!):

Yesterday wasn’t a very good day to go shopping in Makati. The whole political drama caused the malls to seize their operations 3 hours past noon. I was supposed to stop by MAC but everyone’s being forced to step out of the Glorietta Center. I ended up with 5 items from the Landmark though:

Am not a huge fan of opening too many pots in the morning so using a pill box like the ones above (you have to know the colors by heart though since the lid’s translucent LOL) is definitely my second best option. Here’s my new “palette” after transferring my Bare Escentuals eye shadows, Monave’s Sabotage (my new fave e/s), Luminare Dark Denim liner, and EDM Natural blush (which I use as a brow bone highlighter instead):

She finally found her perfect match and HG foundation! Now I know why she gets away with my Monave Saturnina! Oh she also took home a sample of the Monave e/s that caught her peepers first out of the whole lot: TURQUIOSE!

I LURVE MY CHARM BRUSHES!!!! (This rave deserves an all caps!)

After a rough day of massive blogging, road testing, and airbrushing, I had to actually pull up a face for our office dinner. My officemates don’t exactly see me in my full FOTD gala so wth, let’s show them how we play!

damnnn I should really lay off on the caffeine and get real sleep

Oh and I did, yes, bother to actually spot conceal because the concealer brush is just GREATTTT! I used the following:

FOUNDATION: Monave Loose Mineral Concealer-Foundation in SATURNINA
–> I used the flat top brush and oh my goodness! It’s the perfect brush for just brushing on heavily pigmented foundations like Monave!
SETTING POWDER: Monave ANGEL
–> I lightly brused on this using the kabuki brush and yummmm! So soft and no itching!
CHEEKS: Valerie Beauty in MALIBU
–> This and the duo fiber brush are just made for each other!
HIGHLIGHT: MAC e/s in RICEPAPER
–> Totally works like my favorite all shaders (the one from Prestige and MAC 252)!
CREASE COLOR: MAC pigment in COPPERIZED (base), MAD Minerals in ENVY & BE Glimmer in TRUE GOLD (blended in the inner eye area)
–> Charm’s crease brush is the perfect size for my crease! Bloody amazing I tell you!
LINERS: MAC pigment in COCOMOTION (gold), MAD Minerals in SPRUCE (green)
–> To line my lower rims, I used the angled brush. I still have to get used to lining my own eyes with the eye liner brush but the one by Charm makes things easier cause it’s hard enough to prevent me from making awkward lines!
