I was off to some quick dinner after yesterday’s shift when I realized I seem to have dropped my MAC 190 brush somewhere. *sniff*

Since I discovered this brush, I think I haven’t let a day go by without grabbing it! It’s my favorite foundation brush as you can apply all forms of the said makeup (may it be powder, cream, or liquid) in a jiffy. Even when the foundation calls for buffing (as when using mineral makeup), I still use this brush esp. on the sides of my nose and the sockets of my eye.
So going back, I was panicking already since there’s no MAC in sight and I need to go somewhere later where of course, I have to do my makeup. The first alternative that I thought of was Smashbox’s Foundation Brush #13 as based on my experience, it is the next best thing.

Just my luck, Beauty Bar (Robinson’s Galleria branch) does not have it in stock!
It was just by sheer luck though (ironically) that I saw Elianto inside the department store! And because am looking for something to save me from my panic attack, I caved in and bought the Elianto Liquid Foundation Brush:

My verdict? It’s surprisingly good for its price! The hair (synthetic) is soft enough that I didn’t experience scratching and still, there is application control! I love this brush! Instead of bringing a MAC 190 (once I get to buy my replacement), I think I’ll tote this in my bag instead!
For those who love liquid makeup application, you girls should try this! This + a buffer to finish off your look will totally perfect your FOTD!
