Reader Q: Are there lip plumpers not as spicy as DuWop Lip Venom or The Face Shop’s Cushion Touch Lip Plumper? They’re too spicy for me.
A: I’ve tried a lot of lip plumpers (because I love the strange feeling on my lips) and these two glossies are the least spicy:

The Hot Chili Lip Booster provides irresistible lips with maximum volume. Red Pepper extract The red pepper extract when used in lip products stimulates the skins functions and activates the microcirculation. It gives the lips a fresh, rosy color and the feeling of maximum volume. makes them rosy and voluminous. Small glitter particles reflect the light and make the lips appear even more voluminous. The gloss supplies intensive shine and prevents the lips from adhering or dehydrating.
This baby by ARTDECO reminds me of a childhood love, SPOUT gum in Cinnamon. This is the gentlest lip plumper I’ve tried, just a 1 out of 5 on my “lip spice scale” (DuWop’s and TFS’ get a 5/5 for me). I like the very, very fine shimmer and red specks on it as it matches all lip colors and even flatters my bare lips when applied as it is. It’s never too glossy nor drying. You can get this at ARTDECO counters for Php600+ (I forgot the exact price!).

Naturally creates the look of fuller, more voluptuous lips. This mineral-infused polish imparts a luminous high shine with no sticky or tacky feeling. A deep infusion of antioxidant vitamins A and E help keep lips soft, smooth, and protected, while the tingly and cooling sensation reminds you that your lips are getting an immediate increase in fullness.
Do you like choco-cinnamon buns? If so, you’ll enjoy swiping Bare Escentuals’ Buxom Lips all day. Claud gave me this 0.07 oz mini tube for my birthday and I’m halfway done.
As promised, it’s never sticky nor tacky. It’s one of those few colored glossies that truthfully work as a lip treatment at the same time. The color payoff is wonderful but it doesn’t last as long as the MAC Lipglass (I retouch every after coffee). My lip spice scale says it’s a 1.5/5. It’s not as cheap as other glossies at $18 (full size, Sephora price) but the color payoff and the luxe feeling on my kisser makes the big paper burned definitely worth it.
Swatch love:

Hi Phoebe I checked with SM Moa, this plumper costs around P700-800. I think I gotta have this!
Lip Fusion has some nice plumpers.
I think I need that for a sexier pout. Hahahahaha!
