I LOVE LOVE LOVE the finish of ARTDECO Rich Treatment Foundation (Php 1200 at SM Makati)! I’ve been using this for two weeks now and am telling you, this is one of the best liquid foundations I’ve ever tried! Highly comparable to DiorSkin Forever Extreme Wear Flawless Makeup. It feels too light to touch after setting with finishing powder, I swear you’ll even forget you have something on your face.
What it is exactly:
Light-reflecting, water-repellent cream make-upThis luxurious cream make-up with light-reflecting pigments evens out imperfections such as little wrinkles, skin irregularities and lines and provides a flawless and luminous complexion. The make-up with medium to high coverage is long-lasting and supplies an even, velvety finish and a particularly pleasant skin feeling. The ingredient Squalan smoothes the skin, while UV filters protect against environmental influences.**
Best feat? It doesn’t feel like a warm mask during daytime (*cough* Nivea Tinted Moisturizer *cough* Revlon Colorstay) and it’s very economical (you need just one scoop using their applicator for your whole face down to your neck). While they say it’s best to apply and smoothen out liquid foundation with a sponge, I love using my Silk Naturals Long Flat Top synthetic brush with this charmer. Evening out the product using that brush is a breeze, you’re golden in 30 seconds (I timed myself hehe). This formula’s best finished off with a silica based finishing powder, applied using a duo fibre brush. End result? Gorgeous, totally photogenic (see photo above and this photo, shot outdoors without flash) finish that lasts the whole day (combo skinned chicas like me need to blot once in a while).

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the nail job Juvie of Nail Essentials*** did on both my hands and feet last night! Mani/pedi cost me Php198. All of NE’s nail techs are very good, actually. They never stop until your hands and feet’re flawless. On my nails’re Sally Hansen’s Miracle Cure (really helped reducing my peeling nails due to kitchen work) and The Face Shop’s RD303 (I LOVE FALL COLORS!).

If my memory serves me right, the foundation’s designed for normal, dry, and sensitive skin. It works for my combo skin but I have to blot every 4 hours or so. I’m guessing with oily skin it will look like tinted moisturizer (instead of the expected medium to high coverage).

Bad news…the bangle’s already loose 
I lost some meat on my wrist (I loose weight v. v. fast) and it’s falling off! I think I need to go back to BoNa and buy a smaller bangle (plus that Tibetan wood and glass frame that’s been haunting me for weeks)!
