I’ve seen lots of blog posts about Olay’s freebee but nothing about Pond’s. Why? If your answer’s that you breakout with Pond’s products, well guess what? You’re not alone. They used to have this facial wash back in 2000 that all of my senior high classmates and I share. I love that thing to bits because it’s their only facial wash that worked for me. Aside from that, the only Pond’s product I use is their classic cold cream (I get the HUGE tub from S&R). I love how the rose water scented cream deep cleanses my face everyday without the raw feeling.

If you’re iffy about allergic reactions, do try the product on your inner elbow and observe for irritations within the next 24 hours. I have the most problematic skin in the world and didn’t rash up. I’ve tried it and guess what? My face doesn’t feel greasy as it was with Olay Total Effects. My combo skin seems to absorb the product faster and the touch feel is definitely softer than Olay TE. No breakouts after 4 days of use and no need to use primers for my MMU foundation application.

I don’t like Ponds. It doesn’t work with my skin. That’s one reason I didn’t attend the event tonight.
