There’s no stopping Filipino ingenuity and creativity as Nokia together with Inno Sotto presents the second series of Fashion Watch 2008. After a highly successful first run with some of the country’s premier designers such as Rajo Laurel, Rhett Eala, Patrice Ramos Diaz, Cary Santiago, and Gian Romano, Fashion Watch 2008 is back to feature another batch of style stalwarts who are ready to showcase the best of Philippine fashion.
“We are honored to be part of such a prestigious event that features the Filipino’s world class style and fashionable flair,” says William Hamilton-Whyte, General Manager, Nokia Philippines. “Style remains to be an important aspect to us, which is clearly seen in our latest line of black phones - the Nokia 6500 Classic, Nokia 6500 Slide, and Nokia 6300 Black,” he adds. The phones are the perfect marriage of understated glamour and functional technology. Its black stainless steel finish will complement any fashionista’s outfit.
Held at the Lobby Lounge of the Makati Shangri-La, Fashion Watch 2008 will be a twice a week affair that features work by Manila’s premiere fashion designers. Series 2 will stage shows from designers Mike dela Rosa on May 6 and 8, JC Buendia on May 13 and 15, James Reyes on May 20 and 22, Oj Hofer on May 27 and 29, Avel Bacudio on June 3 and 5, and Jojie Lloren on June 10 and 12.
