In my (sort of) dream world, there’s no eye shadow creasing nor melting ever.
In my real world, wivout primers, eye shadows crease and melt after 2 hours. *boo*
I used to swear by UDPP because it does what it promises: eye shadow lasts, more vibrant and lasting color, and absolutely NO creasing. Unforch, Rustan’s let Urban Decay go around 6-7 years ago (remember its little kiosk in Makati where Bobbi Brown is now?) and the only way for me to get my hands on them is through my friends residing in the US.
Being the (usually) lucky girl that I am, I discovered ARTDECO’s bullet long before it became a hot item here in MNL (thanks, Specktra!). Every time someone asks me what eye shadow primer is good, I always say that they should give this baby a try cause one, it’s hella cheap and two, it’s available here in MNL! This is quite a performer and it has never failed me since day one. The longest it has stayed on my uber-oily lids’re 18hours. 
While the holding feat is enough to wow me, I love this baby to bits too cause it melts wiv my skin tone faster and more natural looking than UDPP. It’s pearlier and creamier and I seem to use less of this vs. UDPP.

While it takes forever for our leading department stores to stock up on this again, trust me: IT’S WORTH THE WAIT & THE RAVE!

Ahh..finally, your formal review.haha! Damn. I should have bought more than 1 pot when I did. I’m worried that the reason why they’re taking so long to re-stock is because they’re bringing in their new primer. If that’s the case, I hope it’s just as good as the one in the pot.
