Aside from free breakfast (which I also got yesterday), I think the sight of shipped loot’s the best way to start your day… :)

Thanks much, Thal for the quick shipment!

Might you ask what’s inside, it’s my HG SPF blocker:

Never step out of the house without it!

Why exactly is this my HG SPF?

  1. It’s got SPF FIFTY FIVE (more than enough for daily use)
  2. It’s both waterproof and sweatproof (perfect for beachbums and active folks like me)
  3. It’s non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores!)
  4. It’s oil free and PABA free (my number one consideration)
  5. It’s C-H-E-A-P (converted to PhP, it’s only PhP450!)

How could you go wrong with these pros?? /:) Very important point to remember though: do not use this when your photos are going to be taken indoors (read: with flash). The SPF content will give of a white cast even if your foundation is your perfect match! Not a very pretty sight, huh?

I have a little pop quiz for you btw: why is this prod not available here in MNL considering we’re well, in the tropical zone and everyone’s so entranced with whitening their skin (so sad)? I mean this isn’t a new product (I’ve been using this for the past 2 years) for its marketing to still be under studies, right? Your thoughts? :)

Yikes! Did you end up using it though?

Yup! I believe the one she bought was meant to be used on the body. I liked how it didn’t have that slick, sticky sunblock feel.

That’s good news! :) Might have you tried this baby from Neutrogena? If you havent and will be in Sophie’s event, try some from my tube! ;)
